Rev. Jonathan Green
Lead Pastor
Rev. Jonathan Green is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area. Born in San Leandro and raised in Oakland, California, Rev. Jonathan Green is the second of three children born to Mr. & Mrs. Isaiah Green.
Prior to receiving his call to the ministry, Pastor Green served as a Minister of Music, as well as a Staff Musician for numerous churches in the Bay Area. An accomplished musician, Rev. Green is well versed in various genres including: contemporary and traditional gospel, praise and worship and hymns.

to preparation, Rev. Green is a graduate of the Faith Evangelical Seminary in Tacoma, Washington where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree and Master of Divinity degree. He is also the recipient of a Honorary Doctorate Degree from Christian University of Southern Indiana. He desires to one day continue his educational endeavors to pursue an earned doctorate degree.
Currently, Rev. Green is the Senior Pastor of the Praises of Zion Baptist Church of Clearlake, California where he has been serving since March 2009. As pastor, he is committed to teaching and preaching the unadulterated Gospel of Jesus Christ. Under his pastorate the church has grown both numerically and

financially. In addition, they have also completed several renovation projects and upgrades to the church’s current facilities.
Praises of Zion is a multi-cultural congregation that focuses on Loving God, Loving People and Meeting Needs. As pastor of Praises of Zion, Rev. Green is interested in developing the spiritual maturity of the membership through the study of God’s word. In addition, he is interested in reinvigorating the parishioners joy in serving and worshipping God through vibrant worship services. He is proud of the atmosphere of fellowship and love that reaches from one heart to another.
On a more personal note, Rev. Green is an avid Bass fisherman. For several years, Rev. Green had the opportunity to be a professional Bass Angler. With his call to the ministry, he is now primarily a fisher of men. He still enjoys fishing as a hobby and tries to get out on the water as much as possible. He also enjoys traveling, especially with his wife.
He is married to the former Lori Fairley, his partner and ministry mate. They have been married for fourteen years and currently reside in San Pablo, California. Together they are the parents of three daughters: Alexandria Marie, Madilyn Ann Denise and Jocelyn Ann Marie.

Born and raised in California, Lori is the youngest of four children and only daughter of Dr. & Mrs. Robert L. Fairley.
Lori has been blessed to be the guest speaker for numerous women, youth and children’s programs, annual days and workshops throughout the state of California. She began speaking publicly while in high school. A graduate of Menlo-Atherton High School, she was privileged to be one of the graduation speakers.

Lori is also a graduate of the Southern Marin Bible Institute with her Bachelors of Arts degree in Biblical Studies and Faith International Seminary in Tacoma, Washington with a Bachelors of Arts in Leadership. Desiring to be used by God and to rightly divide His Word, Lori is continuing her studies at Faith International Seminary pursuing her Masters of Theology Degree.
In November 2014, Lori was licensed and ordained at the New Hope Baptist Church in San Bernardino, California under the pastorate of Dr. Robert L. Fairley. Lori serves as the Assistant Pastor of the Praises of Zion Baptist Church of Clearlake, California where her husband is the senior pastor. She is actively working in administration and gives direction to the music department and ministerial team.
Lori has worked in the Bay Area Baptist District Association and the California State Baptist Convention. She has served as the assistant to the Moderator of the Bay Area Baptist District Association. Lori has also had the privilege to be the first and to date, the only woman president of the California State Baptist Convention Young Adult Auxiliary.
As she is reflective on her life, it is evident the hand of God has led and guided her thus far. She praises God for his intervention and his blessings upon her life. She is willing to be used by God, however He sees fit.
